Refund Policy

Thrive Ace LLP is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service.

Thrive Ace LLP reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event because of instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, a pandemic situation like COVID19, etc.)

​

For Workshops, raise refund requests within 24 hours of the purchase of the Workshop by sending an email to joincloudtrain@gmail.com

  • The refund request will not be accepted if you have received the session information for 1 or more days' sessions or have accessed/downloaded course material.

  • No refund will be provided on discounted workshops/courses/training.

  • If the delegate doesn’t turn up on the given schedule then no refund will be provided.

  • Raise refund requests within 24 hours of the purchase of the Workshop. Any refund request beyond 24 hours of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

  • In the case of refund, taxes amount will not be refunded.

 

Once you send an email, our team will get in touch to know the exact issue or problem for your dissatisfaction & will try to resolve your problem & query. If we are not able to solve it, only then we shall issue your refund.

For Instructor-Led Live Trainings, refunds are not possible. However, Batch adjustments can be made.

 

Important Note: Refunds are not possible in the case where you make a mistake while filling up your name & email for the payment of any course or if you make duplicate purchases or purchases by mistake. Refunds are not possible if you don't understand English properly & have purchased our courses which are in English. Refunds are not possible if you think that you were supposed to get an upsell for free (just because of your non-understanding nature in the marketing world). We don't offer refunds for any of those above cases.
